Do you know of any fat free vegetarian products out there? (Chips, soups, snacks, etc?)?!
I found some vegetarian fat free baked beans, but there has got to be more products than this, right? I can eat Fritos bean dip, as there is 1 gram of fat per serving, and 7 grams per whole can, so I can at least eat some things, but I get sick and tired of carrots, and salads with fat free dressing!
Answers: I don't need recipes, I just need product information! Like a can of corn, or a certain brand bag of chips... I can't eat any fat, or at least anything that has more than 6 grams of fat for a good sized serving. I have a gallbladder problem, and can't digest fat as a gallstone is blocking my bile from digesting and breaking down fats! If I eat fat, I have terrible pain!

Baked Lay's, baked Tostitos chips, salsa, air-popped popcorn, pretzels, juicy jels "jello"-style cups, dried fruit, fat free fudgsicles, skinny cow ice cream sandwiches, no pudge or Betty Crocker low-fat brownies, diet hot chocolate (lots of brands, Presidents Choice, Swiss Miss, Carnation), Special K cereal bars, meringue cookies or nests, rice crackers, angel food cake, fruit leather, all-sugar candies like licorice, jelly babies, or hard candies.
Basically any fruit, vegetables (except maybe avocadoes) or cereals, if prepared at home without grease, will be fine. Eat your bread with jam or marshmallow fluff for a while. Have your cereal with skim milk. Use oil spray instead of butter where absolutely necessary.

their instant garlic vegetable rice noodle soup is one of my favs! only 190 calories & 3g of fat in the whole thing and it fills me up for HOURS!
they have other flavors and products, too ... you can add other veggies and stuff if you want to make the soup more substantial ...
ps - you should look into getting your gall bladder removed - life and eating just got soooooo much easier after I had mine out ...
My son went through the same thing last year. He ended up with acute pancreatitis and was hospitalized for a week because he didn't stick to his guidelines for fat.
Most frozen vegetable without sauces, baked yams with a sprinkle of brown sugar or maple syrup, acorn squash, fat free refried beans, brown rice. There are lots of frozen veg entrees that have nutritional information on them. Most are pretty tasty.
Good luck!
