I am planning a trip to Nashville, TN. Where are good places for a vegan to eat as far as restaurants?!
It all depends on whether you are looking for a nice restaurant or a quick lunch. One of my favorite places is Blue Coast Burrito/Baja Burrito...locations in Coolsprings and on Thompson Lane. Don't get the chips as they are prepared with the fried fish.
Calypso Cafe does have a good selection, be sure to ask about the soups however, some are not vegan/vegetarian although they may appear to be.
J. Alexander's has a great veggie burger, dairy and egg free, prepared on-site and grilled separate from any meat. Be sure to ask your server to leave off the mayo, cheese and butter on the bun.
Pei Wei Chinese has a selection of vegan choices, locations at Green Hills and Maryland Farms.

I live in Nashville. I did a search for vegan and it came up with 3- Noshville Deli, Tribe and Calypso Café. I’ve been to all of them and they’re very good. I don’t think I’ve had any of the vegan choices though. The sweet potatoes at Calypso are yummy!
Calypso is great, and there are a lot of sushi places that will make vegan sushi if you ask. have fun.
I've just traveled around there so im not an expert but it seems there are many rednecks that like to use lard in everything so be aware.Subway is always a good bet
