What do you think of vegetarians who eat burgers?!

Question: what i think of that is that i have never met one or even heard of one till now so it seems to me that the person you know is the only one silly enough to create such an odd and mildly pointless branch of the the vegetarian tree, and of course they are not really vegetarians, but my general policy on this is they can explain themselves however they like, at least they are trying to limit their meat somewhat i guess.

if they r vegeburgers cool. If not then they ARENT vegetarians r they?

that would not be a vegetarian, by definition.
i'm assuming you're talking about meat burgers, right?

I think that they aren't vegetarians.

Isn't that like asking what do you think of heterosexuals who have sex with members of their own gender?

Um.. that doesnt make them a vegetarian.. unless its a veggieburger or a tofu burger.

I think they eat Veggie burgers. You didn't say Hamburgers. So... they liked the taste of meat before they switched and they eat veggie burgers. I think that is perfectly fine. People become vegetarians for all sorts of reasons. I enjoy the occasional veggie burger myself.

i think the vegetarians is a bit crazy! They should be called plant eaters, those freaks! thats just pure nasty, ill let them in my backyard and have them eat all my weeds, daisy or whatver..... lol

Nothing wrong with them, if they eat veggie or ham burgers I'm not going to think any different of them.

do you mean hamburgers??? --- because they aren't vegetarians then...and i don't think they should call themselves vegetarians
or do you mean veggie burgers??? --- then good for them

Not at all...vegetarians are vegetarians because they don't eat meat...

If someone eats actual burgers and they call themselves vegetarian, they are lying or they have no clue what "vegetarian" means.

I don't give a crap honestly.

unless they're meatless burgers they aren't vegetarians

They don't exist.

A person is not vegetarian if they consume any form of fowl (bird), mammals (pigs, cows, etc) or fish. Further more, by definition, vegetarians shouldn't eat rennin/rennet (made from cow stomachs, used in many cheeses) and gelatin (made from bones, skins, etc of many animals).

no. they are not vegetarians.

My wife made vegan burger for lunch. Oh dear, it is pretty yummy, even my kids loved them very much.

Why not... vegan should eat burger. Vegan burger, with extra lettuce, onion, chili sauce, cucumber, tomato, vegan mayonnaise, and vegan ghee.

I may suggest for such menu in the dinner threat for my friends and guests.!!

No such vegerterian eats any form of animal flesh

They are missing the point completely and are not vegetarians.

I doubt these people exist.

No, of course they aren't vegetarian if they eat meat of any description.

Vegetarians don't eat any meat, DUH!

i think you must really investigate whether the fillet is made up of meat or 'mok' meat. there are fillets which are made from soy and taste nearly like real meat. perhaps you might have seen the vegetarians eating that kind of vegetarian meat.

Veggie burgers can be burgers.

But if it is a meat burger, of cause they aren't vegetarian because they eat meat, so why would they say they are vegetarian?

I last heard that vegetarians did not eat meat at all.

they're cool

They are probably the coolest veg*ns ever.

Despite the majority of junk food burgers probably containing very little actual meat compared to all the bulking agents used. you can't call yourself vegetarian if you eat any meat. People choose to label themselves vegetarian and in doing so they are advertising that they don't eat any meat. if you want to eat burgers that's obviously your choice but you have to loose the label. you could say you have a predominantly vegetarian diet if that helps.

i eat bocca burgers which are meatless. if they eat only real burgers for meat than they aren't vegetarians. they are people that jsut eat burgers for meat.

I think they're not vegetarians at all.

vegetarians do not eat meat...burgers contain meat...therefore people that eat burgers are not vegetarians
