I have frozen veggies..how should I fix them?!

Question: They are seasoned with pepercorns...asparagus..pepers(red,yello... those long sweet green beans(bean pods?..IDK) ANYWAY...should I eat them with just plain noodles with a bit of oil...should I them with noodles and fettachini(sp) sauce....or what. What is the best way to eat them. I'm making a meal here...I'm not going to eat them alone. How would you eat them? IDEAS for me anyone? If you have a better idea of how to eat them by all means tell me. All ideas welcome. Please hurry it's just about dinner time. lol.

I would saute in EVOO and serve on pasta with pesto or marinara sauce.

Chicken Pot Pie! Cream of Chicken soup, cooked chicken cubes, and the veggies in a pie crust or cook all in a dish with some biscuits on top. Look for a complete recipe online!

i would make them with a side of chicken strips, or make chiken stir fry.

Mix:
1 cup Orange Juice
3 TBSP Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Garlic Cloves Minced
1/2 TSP minced Ginger (Optional)

Cook over medium heat until boiling, turn heat down and simmer 10 minutes.

In a wok (shallow fry pan if you don't have a wok) pour 1 TBSP sesame oil (preferred) or other oil and heat over medium heat. When oil is hot add vegetables and sautee stirring frequently until heated, add sauce from above and gently stir to coat vegetables. Simmer on medium heat 3 minutes.

Serve over rice.

I'd make them one of two ways... either with a spicy and slightly sweet asian sauce, or with a creamy alfredo type sauce with noodles.

For the sweet asian sauce, just saute the veggies with a little chopped garlic, in some olive oil (or peanut, sesame, maybe a dash of chili oil? Whatever.) Add in about 4 tablespoons of soy sauce and a tablespoon or two of sugar. Mmm mmm!

The alfredo you may already have a recipe for. I tend to make a vegan alfredo-y sauce made from cashews, soy milk, garlic, and soy parmesan cheese. (Blend it, heat it, eat it.) You could do a vegetarian version easy peasy.

Enjoy your veggies!
