I need to find a list of healthy foods that will stay good for at least a month.. single guy,?!

Question: Well, it depends on how much you like to cook, so I'll just throw some things out there. Stock up on beans, whole wheat pasta, low sodium pasta sauces such as tomato or pesto (you can freeze the pesto until ready to use), Whole grain crackers, cheeses. Certain fruits keep for quite a while as long as you store them well, like apples, oranges, clementines. Squashes are great storage veggies, and whole grain wraps are great for quick sandwiches.
I always have frozen edamame on hand to toss in a pan and steam for a few minutes. It's also good to stock up on chicken and seafood when it's on sale and freeze it - defrosting chicken in the microwave is a snap if you're pressed for time.
Cereals are good, and organic milk stays fresh longer than regular milk. Eggs are nice for a quick omelet, too.
Have some low-sodium or healthy choice soups on hand, too, if you're not a big cook, cuz those are easy!
I hope that helps a little!
