Simple. Do an internet search and include Nova Scotia and health food/vegetarian in your search engine and you should get back responses. I'm not from there and I can't really help you, but there are so many ways of finding out.
Yellow pages... ask around... net search... telephone book... dial 411... look up Canada 411 on the net...
