i like it either way.

Hot pasta with sauce and cold pasta salad. Yum..........

Yup, it's great hot or cold!

One of my favorite things to make is noodles with pesto sauce. The first night I eat it hot, then it makes great cold lunches.

This recipe is a good one, although you can substitute/fill a little with parsley and skinless almonds if you are on a budget or low on ingredients.

Here is another really good noodles recipe- I prefer this one cold but you can also eat it hot:

(Just use spaghetti noodles or linguini if that's easier.)
Fantastic topped with chopped scallions and toasted sesame seeds.

And, of course there is always the good old standby of old fashioned pasta salad. Just cook some rotini or other noodles, and then mix it with some cut up vegetables (broccoli, baby carrots, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, olives, whatever...) and your favorite italian salad dressing.

All of these taste best the next day when they are eaten cold. Mmmm good!

I like both. Here is a vegan sesame noodles recipe.
2 t minced ginger
2 T tamari or soy sauce
1/2 t chili powder
1 T maple syrup
1/2 t cider or rice vinegar (optional but really perks up the flavor)
1 or 2 T sesame seeds (or more if you like)
1 or 2 T sesame oil
3 chopped scallions
1/4 lb / 115 g snow peas
2 T chopped coriander (optional)

METHOD
Cook noodles, drain and cool.
Mix all the ingredients except the snow peas, coriander and scallions. Taste and adjust seasonings as necessary - thin with water if too thick. Add noodles and raw snow peas and toss 'til well coated. Sprinkle top with scallions and coriander.

i like tortelinisalad. my mom makes it. put carrots sliced into circles and peas and cooked tortelini in and put italian dressing on it. its really good, you can just keep it iin the fridge

Hot and day-old pasta friend in butter until crispy on the bottom.
