Can you tell me the benifits of using soy flour vs regular wheat flour?!

Soy flour... cos' not so much of carbohydrates.
not so many carbs
some ppl are alergic to wheat
better on blood pressure
not as fattening

there are many people with gluten sensitivities. You can also find and use rice flour, corn flour, bean flour, nut flour, potato flour. I have had rice pasta which I liked and corn which I didn't . Haven't tried baking with them yet but I think I'll try that next.
