Can you give me the names of ingredients that are derived from animals?!

Question: I have been a vegan for almost two days now, and I am really excited about my decision (I still have love for my meat-eaters though lol). Anyway, I have seen some names of ingredients(e.g., casein, whey protein, etc.) on the net that are derived from animal products and I would like to know if anyone here can list as many ingredients that I should steer clear of when purchasing my food. Thanks for your help.

The list is endless - this is a webpage that has a list of them - i think it is just about impossible to memorise them all, but if you read it a few times, it will be easier to recognise them in products. Congratulations on going vegan!!

the full link isn't working, so go to:
www.caringconsumer.com
then go to the right hand side of the page and scroll down a tiny bit till you see, 'popular resources', then select 'animal ingredient list'

Good Luck =)
