I know you're supposed to eat 5-6 smaller meals a day. What would be some good vegan in-between meals/snacks?!

Question: I work in an office so I'm pretty much at a desk all day. I'm ok with like major meals but I'm looking for some ideas for things I can eat for snacks that are easy to bring to work. I'm looking into vegan stuff as that I'm trying the whole vegan thing out.

As a vegan, I get hungry a lot between meals, so I'm constantly snacking. Some of my faves to keep in my car or my bag--Stacy's Cinnamon Sugar Pita chips
Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop Kettle Corn
Apple Chips
Tortilla Chips
Bananas
Campbell's Tomato Soup on the Go
Apple Sauce Cups
Cut up fruits and veggies (if you have access to a fridge)
Kashi has some yummy granola bars--read the label to see if they are vegan
Nuts, sunflower seeds, etc.
Raisins and Craisins
Animal Crackers

salad

nuts
naturally based food(organic)

The typical rabbit food vegans usually eat...carrots, lettuce, and stuff that grows from seeds.

Chocolate covered almonds. Dove makes them YUM!

Crackers and V-8 Juice is a great, vegan in-between meals snack. You can heat the juice and it makes a great "soup"!

fruits carrots celery yogurt nuts crackers unsalted popcorn

Some good vegan in between snacks can basically be a fruit salad or something like a snack bar. They're really healthy for you and make you feel fuller. Or you can even blend some fruits/vegetables together and make a nice shake!

by the way im vegan and its worked out perfectly! I like to much on celery sticks and carrots. Try cheez nips and itz. also a small serving of salad wont hurt. i hope it works out for you!

bring som carrots in a lil baggie

you can very easily make your own granola and oats.

of course you can add any thing else you want to. i personally like dried fruits

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cashews
3/4 cup shredded sweet coconut
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, nuts, coconut, and brown sugar.
In a separate bowl, combine maple syrup, oil, and salt. Combine both mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans. Cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to achieve an even color.
Remove from oven and transfer into a large bowl. Add raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
