Question: It is being noticed tht there is always a debate on this topic abt health,fitness etc of these persons. Now i want to know abt the INTELLIGENCE LEVELS of the 2 Groups?? Who is more intelligent? who is more clever? who is more wit? Here the intelligence level difference is very less. so who is having the greater edge??

We are all just people, what you eat does not make you more intelligent.

I'm not touching this one with a 10 ft pole.

Well I eat meat but then again I try to eat all the mean animals and not the nice ones.

It doesn't depend on if you eat meat or not, it's how good your nutrition is. There can be individuals at their peak health and mental functioning that eat meat and the same can be true for someone who doesn't. You can be really unhealthy both ways and you can't be a smart if you don't get the nutrition you need.

Well, intelligence is determined by a genetic predisposition and the level and quality of education one has received .
It is not determined by what foods you eat, or whether you have beef in your lasagna or not.
However, a person who never eats any vegetables, may already have a lesser degree of intelligence: as most people know that vegetables are good for you.

The vegers are far more intelligent than I, because they listen to what I say.

People's INTELLIGENCE LEVELS is based on their BRAIN........But according to a survey, Vegan are less intelligent then non-vegan because vegan get less protein....

I dont know about itelligence but i would say non meat eaters would be more compassionate people, if you could watch the video at www.chooseveg.com and still feel okay to eat meat then well what more can i say.

intelligence is mostly determined by genetics - if anything it would be more important what your mom ate and not you.

Veg & non veg is mainly not based on their tallents .Its based on their guts . Veg will feel difficult when they see even a drop of blood . Both side have different Intellegence & I Q

I eat meat and get straight A's. I know of vegetarians that get straight A's too. If they (vegans, vegetarians, whomever) want to deprive their bodies of the very thing that makes up their skin, nails, hair, blood, and internal organs (PROTEIN) then they can be my guests. I'll kindly point out to them that the human digestive tract is much more similar to that of a wolf than of a cow or sheep, then be done with it. 'Nuff said.

It is quiet obvious that VEGETARIAN wins in this battle.Because even when you observe animals you can see the difference.A Cheetah is the fastest animal in the world but cant run more than 3 mins.But an elephant can run for hours.And Its a common saying that vegetarian consumers are "soft natured " compared to non veg eaters.
Even i am a non veg consumer but still to live a brisk,long life healthy living,vegetarian food is the Best.
In INTELLIGENT Levels its doesnt make much difference But eating vegetarian food doesnt tranquilize you as consuming non veg.And vegetables contains lots of mineral salts and many many useful components that are highly essential for the body where as non veg contains mostly fats and proteins.
So VEG wins

Oh, Flexitarian vegetarians are the most intelligent. They can understand that moderation and balance are better than any rigid adherence to one specific diet. Everybody knows that.

Besides being a vegetarian suppose you eat just fish you get everything as far as balanced diet is concerned. Take my word otherwise I have to write a long article that may trouble. Besides our brain needs sugar/glucose for functioning and it can not take anything else. So if one want quick brain power eat a chocolate and you can solve a puzzle in a jiffy. Intelligence is a very subjective aspect all said and done.

My IQ and that of my kids are all above 140. My wife's is 135. We are all omnivores. We are friends with a vegetarian couple whose youngest child is not only mentally challenged but physically handicapped as well.

But you cannot make any conclusions one way or the other. Since the majority of people are non vegetarians, then it would be more logical to conclude that more omnivores are intelligent simply based on raw numbers. But since there are less vegetarians, their percentage would be higher. Many intelligent people simply do not care about dietary arguments for either side. They are far too busy doing other things.
