Would you like this as a light vegetarian lunch for Boxing Day?!

Question: Starter: Bite-sized deep fried brie with a red currant, cranberry and port sauce, served with salad leaves

Main: A medley of wild mushrooms in a creamy sauce, with a hint of garlic and herbs, served with a warm salad of roasted Mediterranean vegetables

Black grapes, strawberries, melon balls, chunks of pineapple, banana and big red cherries on a skewer to dip in three types of chocolate sauce, extra dark, milk and white with raspberry liqueur.

They are vegetarian, not vegan, have no allergies, and I ask because I'm not a veggie!!

Hell yes, I would!
That is a LOVELY sounding selection, and you have out soooo much thought into it. It will taste even better, because your guests will know you don't share their diet, yet have put so much effort into creating them a beautiful spread. You must be a wonderful Friend - AND a great hostess!

Oh wow! Yes!! Sounds fantastic - lucky them!!!
Yum!

Would do for me and I'm not a veggie.

sparks are flying from my keyboard because i am salivating all over it! YUM YUM YUM. Where do you live i will be over at noon.

sounds really nice i would love it can i come to

I sounds really nice but I dont think the mushrooms and the mediterranean veg will go together. How about serving the mushrooms with a herbed polenta or some buttered basmati rice instead.

No, I'd love it and I'm not vegetarian!!! Whoever is having that should count themselves very lucky.

That's a nice menu, although I'm not sure if grapes and melons go with chocolate. You might want to replace those with more wintery fruits, or maybe mango

Sounds really yummy I'm sure your guests will love it veggie or not.

Sounds excellent!

mmmm sounds good but i dont think tat's considered LIGHT

yes... but just make sure that the chocolate is suitable for vegetarians.

Sounds nice, though its missing the toasted, bacon, turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce and mayo sandwich.
