It is very good for you. Beans are full of fibre and the sardines are full of vitamins and good fats. Hope the bread is wholemeal. Happy eating

i wouldnt say it was bad for you but whoever is sat near you i f feel very sorry for, hope they have a peg handy lol

that most healthy food has got to be fresh vegetables. if you had a salad with that it would be even more healthy.

I would remove the beans and eat it separately like a side dish. A sardine sandwich with purple onions and mustard is something I have always enjoyed for lunch. And a beer ( or two or three) of course

Sounds delicious, they are healthy however adding salad to your meal will be perfect.

Yeah, that's healthy. You're still well enough to type, aren't you?

WOW ... Sounds wonderful!!! I have to try that!!! I can't think of anything that would be more healthy!!!

Why low fat beanz ? there is NO fat in baked beanz you F@RT.

Maybe your taking the p!ss......yes mate..... it is VERY good for you in the U.S.A.

Keep your microwave and the sardines too.

Compliments of the Season.....!!!!....XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Not sure what you are asking?
It is quite a healthy meal, in itself, but if you have it EVERY night, your diet is likely to be lacking variety. I can't stomach sardines, but they are SO good for us!
