Is Chocolate pudding vegetarian?!

Question: I know it's not vegan but I'm not sure about the ingredients so I'm not sure if it's vegetarian. I'm not talking about instant pudding that you make, I'm talking about those pudding cups you buy.

Wow, how hard is it to answer a simple question?? I understood you well enough. Hunts Snack Pack chocolate pudding cups ARE vegetarian. I would assume that other brands have similar ingredients, but check the package.

Anything you buy should have the ingredients listed on the side, so you can tell if it's vegetarian or not. If you're a strict vegetarian, then gelatin would make it non-vegeterian, for instance.

In most countries there's a code printed on the side of foods that's suitable for vegetarians - either a V symbol, or a tick surrounded in green. If your country supports that kind of labelling, then that would help you decide.

no its not! its not vegan cuz it contains cow milk which well..comes from a COW!!

it sometimes says on the packaging with a little green V if its vegetarian....

it is because chocolate come from the cocoa plant not meat

Well technically yes because it doesn't have meat or fish in it.

If it is made with animal gelatin, no.
If it is made with other gelatin, yes.

it could be different for each one- I cant think what non vegetarian thing could be there though, except maybe gelatine

most will say if it is vegetarian .

vegetarian does not eat meat or meat products of any kind but, can and often does include dairy and eggs.
Vegan is no nothing not even honey as they consider bee keeping an abuse to the bees
You have to read the list of ingredients of which I'm sure there is dairy in pudding............personally I would not put most of that premade stuff in my body.........I don't want to be preserved before I"m dead lolol.
There are lots of different types of vegetarians just do what you want and be comfortable in what ever you do or do not eat.
May the joy, hope, peace and love of the season be with you and yours.

those should be vegetarian but u mite as well buy the jello pudding mix and use soy milk then ur not torturing cows

there are ZenSoy puddings that come in Vanilla, Choclate, Banana, and Choco-Vanilla.....they taste great! they're vegan, too, so no worries! :D

Read the ingredients.

no but eat it anyway do you know what the word vegerarian means?
