I'm 15, vegetarian for over a year, and take my lunch to school since there arent any really good veggie options at my school for lunch.

So my lunch is easy- Tofurky, mustard, and lettuce on wheat bread and then like an apple or something. But if you dont like Tofurky I strongly recommend the Lightlife SmartDeli faux lunch meat products. They're delish!

vegcooking.com has some really good healthy recipes. also veganlunchbox.blogspot.com has some good lunches. Hope I helped :D

uhm..fruits and veggies.
:]

Ok, I have a simple, easy and delicious recipe for you! It's my favorite, and you can it it for lunch, dinner, whatever!

Just toast 2 pieces of whole wheat bread. On the inside, put some sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, peppers, whatever you like, along with some tofu, and if you want, you can add a teeny bit of of low fat dressing or spread! voila! yummy! lol

You are 13, lazy and a vegetarian... congratulations on telling the world how proud you are of yourself. Maybe, just maybe if you can drag your spoiled fanny from the couch, open up a cook book and apply yourself.

for lunch you can make a vegetarian ham sammich with some extra veggies like letuce and a slice of a tomato, try some vegetarian tacos, get lettuce, cheese, vegetarian mexican ground "beef" tomatoes and taco shells, you can try stirfries, with basic veggies, bok choy white parts and leaves, broccoli, carrots, spinach, tofu, onions and extra, maybe some black bean sauce to add a lil zing to it :P get a thermos, have some stirfry for lunch don't forget to have fruits also,
vegcooking.com has alot more great recipes, good luck with your quest to be a better vegetarian :D

Look at your library at school or in your city for vegetarian cookbooks. Try some of the easy recipes first & go from there. Make sure you are getting enough protein for energy. You are old enough to know what you want to eat. Try new fruits & veges for something different.
