Is there such thing as vegetarian version of Jello?!
I'm not a vegetarian and I'm not vegan, I was just curious because I like agar, carageen, and pectin.
Answers: Jello and all other jelly desserts have gelatin in it.

You can also get Agar Agar packets at the Asian grocery which you can use as a plain gelatine replacer. It has instructions on the packet that explain how to use it.
You can also get Del Monte jello cups, the kind with fruits suspended in them, that are made out of carageenan.
Generally, any pre-made jello cup that isn't refrigerated is made of carageenan. Gelatine based cups require refrigeration.
