Hi, you can go to the website www.vegetariantimes.com they have lots recipes for vegetarians on there, I acutally get the magazine and enjoy the new recipes that come out every month. Also you can always turn a meat recipe into a veggie one by just taking out the meat and replacing it with veggies or using fake meat instead and also replace any of the dairy products with low fat or soy verisons and add less butter or oil than they call for, that would make it lower in fat.
