What can lacto-pesca vegetarians eat?!

Only you know what you're willing to eat and not eat. You should decide that first, THEN find the appropriate label *if there is one*. In this case, there isn't.


p.s. there's no such things as a lacto-pesca vegetarian. Or a pesce-vegetarian. Or anything like that. Vegetarians don't eat meat. You're a picky omnivore. You want a cute little label? Try Pesce-omnivore.

Lacto refers to dairy products such as milk and cheese. Pesca refers to fish and shellfish. You didn't mention Ovo but it refers to eggs.

lacto pesca vegs eat dairy (eggs-milk) and fish / seafood too.

There is no such thing as a 'pesca vegetarian'. A person that eats this way would simply be an omnivore that eats no other meat but fish.

There is no such thing as a pesca-vegetarian.

Piscivorous omnivores eat fish.
