Searching for a vegetarian lasagna recipe?!

Question: My friend from Kansas City once gave me this recipe for vegetarian lasagna that was soooooo good! I am not a vegetarian, but I do enjoy a lot of meals without meat. This one DID contain cheese (I am not very knowledgeable on whats vegetarian to some, or what not, but I do know some people dont even eat cheese). I know it had zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, 4 or 5 different cheeses, wheat lasgana noodles.... thats all I can remember. Please help! i have lost contact with him and I have been craving this recipe. Thanks!

you can saute any blend of veggies like, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, zucchini, squash and put in the sauce, and use a mixture made from ricotta cheese, spinach, sour cream, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese some salt and black pepper to layer your lasagna. I am vegetarian from birth and one who eats dairies... and my kids love this recipe along with co-workers

when you know what you want it so much better then guessing, the bueaty of cooking is use what you like to create what you want it's not set in stone what you have to use just make it your way.

If I remember right Pillsburry.com had a great veggie lasagna recipe...

My wife makes a fantastic vegetarian lasagna. She uses veggie burger, which comes in a can, in the sauce. She follows a regular recipe for the ricotta and such but she saute's mushrooms in butter and garlic for one layer.

Follow any regular meat lasagna recipe
Replace meat with vegetable(s) of choice

with a bit of common sense, these things shouldn't be be a problem really
