Sip some water and have some fresh air.
Next time don't eat all the chocolate in one go.

Drink something carbonated, like Diet Coke, and give a big bad BELCH! Just make sure there is no sugar in it!!

Greedy little duck aren't you. All you can do now is wait to poop. You'll feel better then. Not only will it clear your conscience but the bowel too.

Chocolate is not exactly supposed to be a meal.

well your body is going into sugar overload. you may get a headache soon if you don't drink water and eat something healthy. i would suggest bread or something that won't upset your stomach but still has enough substance to it. that way your body can work past the sugar and you won't feel icky. and next time eat half the santa and save the rest for tomorrow. sorry, hope you feel better.

My advice to make you feel better is 'eat more chocolate'.

go out for a walk and drink a glass of something fizzy.

If that's all you ate for lunch your blood sugar is going crazy. Drink a big glass of water and eat something high in protein and low in sugar.

This may sound weird, but eat a salad of dark greens (not the white iceberg lettuce stuff). Or if that is not doable, then something in the green vegetable family. Green chlorophyll is a good detoxer and will help in the digestion of whatever you ate (probably cocoa, sugar, and a food wax on the outside of it - so it doesn't melt). Best of all is an Odwalla Superfood or Naked Green juice is OK too.
Or just think how wonderful yummy it was and smile through your bloated tummy problems.
