Does anybody know an easy way to remove the hull from grains when milling them with a hand grinder?!

Question: I am unclear on why you would want to remove the hull.... that's where all the fiber is. Just grind it up.

You could sprout the grains by soaking in water. The hulls come off more easily and the grain becomes much more nutritious because a lot of enzyme activity is stimulated. In other words, a grain that wants to grow into a plant is more nutritious than a dormant one. You can even soak, remove hulls and re-dry, the enzymes will stay intact as long as the grain isn't cooked.
