I am vegeterian , i want to reduce my weight with in one month atleast 3 to 4 kgs. Kindly give your advice.?!

U have to do some excercises also.....reduce intake of cooked food...replace part of it with raw vegetables/foods. Drink a glass of water before eat.....also you can try eating a fruit like a big apple before your meal....sothat it gives you a sense of filling........Make sure you drink 4 litres of water everyday.....that should see some result.

1.Take a strong resolution to reduce weight.
2.As u r vegetarian , u can reduce weight very easily..
3.Give up every kind of food u r eating now for 1 month.
4.eat only sprouts 3 times a day. take milk along with this.
5.drink 5 litres of water a day.(15 glasses)
6.don't take any other kind of food.
7. if u feel very hungry ,eat fruits or vegetables.
8.after getting up early in morning , drink 1.5l water and go for a long walk(45mins).

Do some meal planning...
Eat a balanced diet...
Increase your exercises, be more active....
Drink at last 4 letters of food a day.
Turn to a more vegan style diet ( ie cut the cheese, ice cream milk ect down to a couple a day tops Some is still good but you can get everything from other sources.)
Lower your portion size over a week or 2 by a few grams a day.
Try to cut out oils.
Avoid potatos where posible or lower them to a few meals a week and not the main portion.
Plenty of green veggies, beans, spouts, salad, and fuit like apples and pairs. (should provide all the calcuim and other things you need)
Wholemeal carbs eg pastas, breads and the other carbs you may eat. limit carbs.
Remember it is better to be sadisfyed and eating healthy then staving yourself.
increase your exersise from what it currenlty is by half an hour of pulse riseing exersise if posible (walk/jog/run or bike ride. rowing. situps or basicly anyting that incolves a reasonable amount of movement for a perlonged time)

***Increase MORE PORTION of veggies & fruits in your daily meals. You may eat them (veggies & fruits) as much as you want. Drink plenty of apple juice. It has antioxidant properties and burn the fat, while prevent gastric pain.
