Do you use a juicer?!

Question: If so what type? I would like to make more soups during the winter season. Would a juicer cut prep time in that regard? Thanks.

I have a Jack LaLanne Juicer. No it would not do for soups it takes all the fiber & pulp out leaving only Liquid (Juice).
Use a Food Processor for quick food prep. If you need something less expessive there are some great "choppers" out on the market now.

I agree super Soup weather..yummmyy!

Slainté (to your health)

I have Nutrifaster's N450's for juicers but I think a food processor would be better suited for soups. Take a look at Waring's FP1000, it's what I use and make wonderful soups and purees with it.

I would also use a food processor, that way you can use the skins and soups and sauces will be a puree.

If you're trying to juice the vegetables, then yeah.

I have a Breville Juice Fountain.

Yes, I use a juicer, but not for soups. Your food processor would be more helpful. I use my R6VN Robot Coupe a lot for sauces, salsas, soups and my line of organic dips.
