Can vegetrians and vegans produce?!
Answers: better, fouler smelling farts than us meat eaters,,,,if this were true i am sure a lot of people (i for one) would cross over
don't listen to this crap....i know, you know....the veggies above me know...everyone in the basstard world knows that a veggie or a vegan can empty a room in nano seconds....havent you ever had lentil soup....beans...
They can never produce that dead-animal smell though, that surely requires some meat product.
Nope, sorry to disappoint you, but our systems are clearer and less clogged up with fats and so on, so no, we probably smell much less.
Try eating baked beans theres your answer mate.
Tree huggers trouser coughs are nowhere near as lethal as a meat eater.
Meat eaters guffs basically smell of death.
Sadly not. Imagine the smell of a rotten cabbage and then imagine the smell of a rotting cow, or a plate of maggot-filled rotting pork. No contest.
The trick to make farts smell is to combine RED meat and tough green vegetables. Fish, fruit, and most root vegetables will produce the least gas.
Blessed are the merciful, but could never produce such fart as you HELMETHEED!
I love going under my covers at night and cutting the cheese, just so I can smell it, but then again, I pick my nose and eat my boogers too
Vegatables tend to create more gasses in the gut, so the smell when the gas is expelled is of a much more potent aroma, eat beans, brussel sprouts, and cabbage you will see that unlike one of your answerers suggests, there is more smell and has nothing to do with having a cleaner system, all herbivores smell badly, cows and horses only eat vegitation, they create more methane gas than meat eating animals.
Nah, I've been a Vegetarian for a couple months now and my farts are still terrible. Only they smell like rotten eggs. At least not dead Animals.
God,
Methane is an odorless gas (chemistry 101). You're right that herbivores produce a lot of gas and a lot of methane, but the questioner specifically asked for foul-smelling farts. The flatus of herbivores does not smell as strongly as the flatus of carnivores or omnivores. The smell is from sulfur-containing gases, whereas volume is contributed by 'clean' gases like methane, carbon dioxide and nitrogen. Meat produces lots of sulfur-containing gases. So do onions and garlic.
That's why Buddhist monks don't eat meat, eggs, onions or garlic. It's hard to meditate when people are stinking up the place. Unlike Helmethe, they don't know how to appreciate the miraculous entertaining value of fart.
If you still don't believe me, please smell a cat's fart. Don't say I didn't warn you.
The "smell" element is SO2. So the more sulphur rich your diet is the more one's farts will be an assault on one's olfactory sense. Cabbage Brussels sprouts, onions, nuts, red meat, beans, etc. are particularly high in sulphur.
Actually when one first cuts out meat and ups their consumption of produce especially gassy produce they do for 2 reasons. 1 their body is cleansing out all the crap leftover from the dead animal that has been rotting in them and 2 your body needs a bit to adjust to all the new fresh foods it isn't accustomed to you eating.
