no one here can give you a better estimate than the one you already have, in fact yours might be more accurate because you know your body and we, on the other hand..don't know many things about you/your body that determine how much a person will loose on a certain diet. we don't even know the basics..how many calories you'll be eating or exactly how many calories you'll be burning. so my best advice is to stop worrying and trying to see the future so badly ..try to focus on your new healthy life, live for the moment &enjoy it. :) eating healthy&exercising regularly is not a diet, it is a lifestyle..a choice you make and try to stick to for life not just a few weeks. get motivated, don't cheat and feel great. congratulations on your up coming wedding! and remember that no matter what you look like on the outside your soon-to-be husband will love you for who YOU are..nothing more and nothing less. :) xoxoxoxo?

actually if you try it, it really tastes good but i think you'll lose like 20 pounds at most but don't work yourself out, remember to eat healthy

Apparently your fiance thinks your fine the way you are, so why are you trying to kill yourself to look good to anyone else.

I hope you are able to make it through the day. I knew someone who starved herself for her wedding and had a grand mal seizure during the ceremony.

24 oz. filet mignon medium rare, baked potato, butter, chives, sour cream, bacon bits, & salad with blue cheese dressing, sweet iced tea to wash it all down!!! YUMM-O!

I just do not know. Maybe 10 kilograms.

That depends on the individual.
However raw foodism isn't meant to be a short-term weightloss plan. If you use it as one, you will gain the weight back and then some once you stop, just like any other temporary diet.

Most raw foodists actually don't do it for the weight loss, and I'm not sure if there is any significant weight loss anyway. I don't think you should start all that immediately if you haven't been exercising regularly (not all at once anyway). You actually seem pretty healthy... so... good luck with your diet! =)
