Oh, put it on bread/toast.
Put it on rice.
on popcorn with nutritional yeast.
Not to be used for cooking.

Never have any need for this stuff.

Flaxseed oil is very healthy and tasty when used to make salad dressing. It is really great in a wheatberry salad to which I add dried cherries and sprouts.

I am a former chef and now a vegetarian, and I use it in cooking, salads, in fruit smoothies, with my dietary supplements. I it is high Linotic, Omega 3-6 and is good for your cholestoral.

It is light sensitive and must be kept in the frig as it spoils quickly, I buy a small 500 ml bottle or 16 oz in the U.S, but like castor oil and cod liver oil it cna strain the bowel if over used.

high heat can distroy its usefullness.
I just eat a tablespoon or 2 every so often i like the tast by itself. If i am making oats or something for breakfast i sometimes poor a bit on top tasts prity good.

If you dont like the taste you can get it in caputals just be careful the caputals are atleast vegetarian they would say on the side if they are this quite a bit more expensive however.

Salid dressing i have hurd is good but i have not personaly tryed.

I use to use it, but ounce for ounce salmon has more Omega complex than flaxseed oil.

Obviously the answer before me did not notice you are a vegetarian and therefore cannot eat salmon. Also, the grammar of the first line not too subtly betrays a lower education.

When I was in the junior olympics as a shot putter, we consumed flax seed oil as part of our daily regimen. My suggestion to you, dear, is to start with 1T and see how it goes.
