Cranberry couscous (Israeli type) with mandarin oranges and almond slivers.

the best kind of salad is crunchy, crisp, ice berg lettuce, with either italian dressing or ranch. YUM! ;p

Mmmmm ... a nice big crunchy Chinese Chicken Salad. With lots of carrots, celery, cabbage, crunchy noodles, sliced almonds, fresh cooked chicken breast, and spicy sweet Oriental dressing. Yummmmmm!

a nice Japanese salad with kelp, peas, spinach, wasabi, corn, carrots and lots of other veggies in it yummm makes me hungry just thinking about it :]

Avocado salad. Like the kind they give you at the Japanese restaurant with that yummy sesame ginger dressing. And lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes......Ohh now I wish I had an avocado.

Tonight I had 1 that started with 2 cups Romaine/ butter leaf lettuces, Cukes, Grape tomatoes, Red Bell Pepper, Carrots, Avocado, Sweet Red Onion, Heart of Palm, Raw Pumpkin seeds, Raw Cashews,Dried Cranberries, Homemade Gluten Free Croutons with a light Honey mustard Dressing(Paul Newman)
