Will i have a healthy life style if i continue like this?
Not all veggie burgers are the same. You have to try a bunch of different varieties, I personally only like a few. As for nuts, you should give them another try. They are SO good for you and packed with all kinds of great nutrients. You can also try eating beans, edamame, and other soy products. Then again, there are different kinds of tofu, as well. Firm, soft, etc. It's going to take a lot of work, but you can achieve a healthy lifestyle. It's just going to take commitment on your part.
ummm well you need some sort of protein and if you aren't eating tofu or veggie burgers then you are gonna have to combined a bunch of different veggies in every meal like rice and beans and such just to get enough protein! try boca burgers they are so good! and get stuff from kashi they make wonderful pizzas and they are high in protein!
eat more chick peas.
you know you can eat other food that aren't just nuts, fruits and vegetables, right?
I became a vegan and later figured out I was allergic to tofu.
If I made my lifestyle and diet work when vegan, you can make it work with vegetarianism.
http://9st.org has allot of information for diets and vegetarian foods. Even a health food directory
Veganism is simple, straight forward.
If no tofu, go for other varieties of protein source, like...
2 cup Oatmeal 12g
1 Bagel 9g
2 slices Whole Wheat Bread 5g
1 cup cooked Broccoli 4g
1 cup cooked Brown Rice 5g
2 Tbsp Almonds 4g
2 slices Whole Wheat Toast 5
1 cup cooked Bulgur 6
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter 8g
1 Baked Potato 4g
--------------------------------------...
Total per day 60g protein
--------------------------------------...
Is this solve your problem?. Above is just an example.
I dislike tofo also , and am not a great fan of the "fake meat" type products.
I try to get my entire diet from Vegetables, fruits, and nuts.
You say that you don't like nuts, but have you tried them all ? there are loads of different ones. I hate peanuts, but love cashews. See if you can find some you like.
