nothing that contains an animal product or bi-product. it's not as restricted as people think...I'm a vegan and there are tonnes of things to eat...

the following site has a great list of things to watch for in ingredient lists. also eat whole grains, fruits, veggies, nuts, and soy. just be sure to ALWAYS READ THE INGREDIENTS because sometimes they sneak things in. good luck!

they dont eat any products that come from animals.
this includes no meat or dairy.

Vegans don't eat any "animals" or anything that is a bi-product of an animals... So basically lots of fruits and veges with pastas...

food

whole grains, fruit and vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds and lots of soy products

Nothing that contains any animal products.

you can eat

frech frie's

salad

apple and fruits

veggie... sandwhiches

Well, I guess it's all up to who's buying the food.
There's a whole world of food out there and some fantastic things that you never knew existed. You just have to explore the food world. Meet people from different countries, exchange recipes, techniques, take a cooking class... whatever... I'm trying new things on an constant basis and have been doing so for... decades... it just never ends. I hit all the Korean, Japanese, Iranian, Indian, etc. food shops, markets, etc. Pick up stuff you have no idea about... find out how to use it, what it is etc... have fun discovering the world of food.

Just about any food that you can think of can have a vegan version.

Lots of carrots.
