Bro Wont eat enzymes?!
Ok my bro became a vegetarian, but he wont even eat enzymes now.
Enzymes are proteins, and he wont eat them because some random guy on Youtube posted a video saying that enzymes are ONLY cow stomach...
Please help, he wont listen to me, and now he's not eatin any enzymes, which basically means lack of protein in his body.

Tell your brother that not all enzymes are from animals. All living things have enzymes - plants, animals, fungi, bacteria, etc. Fruits ripen because of enzymes.
Cheese with vegetarian (fungal/microbial) enzymes are available. It should be on the label. Many artisan cheeses are still made with animal rennet though, and a vegetarian would avoid those.
Don't worry about your brother's protein intake. Most proteins are storage proteins (in plants). All seeds have lots of protein, especially legume seeds.
What do you mean enzymes are proteins? That makes no sense. Proteins are made up of amino acids. Enzymes are something else entirely. You must be confused.
Protein is found not only in meat but in dairy products, eggs, whole grains, vegetables, nuts, beans, sprouts, seeds... if he is a vegetarian and he is eating ANYTHING at all he is getting protein, don't worry.
Do you mean rennet and things like that, which you add to some cheeses? Tell him that you can buy vegetarian cheese that uses a vegetarian culture rather than rennet (calf stomach scrapings, pretty much). Also, there isn't any rennet in milk, and eggs are a complete source of protein as well.
Even if he went totally vegan and cut out eggs and dairy, believe me, he'll get enough protein.
cow stomach enzymes like rennet but there are vegan enzymes like form beans and corn
enzymes are one of the building blocks of a protine so you will be hard pressed to find something he can eat
sorry
STEAK GUY.......
lol. Are you saying your brother won't eat cheese because of the rennet?
He's definitely not depriving his body of anything if he chooses not to eat cheese.
The only enzyme that vegetarians are concerned with is rennet. It is an enzyme which comes mainly from the stomach of calves and is used to make cheese. Fortunately, a lot of cheeses use "microbial enzymes" which are not from an animal and are perfectly fine.
Are you meant the "yeast" and "cultured" products?
OMG you are soooooo freaking dumb!!! I don't even know where to begin other than telling you to get some flax seed supplements and maybe the omega 3s will help your brain function a little.
