Well, you could make:

*Mushrooms stuffed with garlic and cream cheese, or whatever you'd like to use.
*Hummus dip with pita bread/pita chips
*seven layer dip
*Chips and dip bar (salsa, guacamole, cheese dip, dill dips)
*Tortilla rolls (very easy to make)

Or if you just really want to take the easy easy route:

Vegetable tray with dip
Fruit trays with dip

Morningstar farms makes some vegetarian appetizers as well. Mind you, this is only if you just want to pick something up quickly.

Hope that helped!

veggys 4 life!!

What about a humus dip with crackers, apples, and veggies? You may want to try a chili cheese dip http://vegetarian.about.com/od/saucesdip...

A few other apetizers you may want to try are pizza triangles, homemade root vegetable chips

Ohhh...guacamole! Yummy, on pita bread! Simple, but good!

Cheese and Crackers, cookies, fruit, vegetables... I can't think of anything you might have on hand. Maybe humus and pita. Possibly Mozzarella sticks. Or stuffed jalapenos. Same for stuff Tomatoes. You can stuff them with cheese and bread, and other veggies, maybe tofu if you have that. Stuffed Mushrooms?

california rolls..

if you make up a batch of sticky rice, and buy some dried seaweed (i know it sounds strange, but its good) you can roll the rice in the seaweed with different veggies, carrots, avocado..its easy, vegetarian, and it looks really nice too.

Have some freshly peeled carrots.

Great !!!
