Why should I become a Vegetarian?!
Answers: I want to please tell me how it can benift myself.
You will have lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure...you will just be healthier all around...more energy, etc.
If you go vegan you'll feel even better. I've lost nearly 10lbs since giving up dairy a couple months ago and I feel fantastic!
Just be sure, if you do go vegan, to take a B12 supplement. As someone else said, this in only found in animal products. But, this is the only nutrient you will miss by giving up animals products so don't let that discourage you!
well youd be helping kill less innocent animals for food. and i think it helps you lose weight too.
dont know u tell me
Why become a vegetarian? If you want to be the best and benefit yourself and everyone around you--and the environment, become a vegan.
It is a way of life and a spiritual path that will bring serenity to the center of your life. It's not just about foods. You can learn more by starting t read the ancient ayurvedic texts.
Vegetarians (strict), are nothing but self-serving, gutless wonders, who are afraid to make the commitment and discipline themselves to be a true vegan. Wimps!!!
what the h-e-doublehockeysticks does "innocent animal" mean? are there guilty animals? can they be eaten? ever see a relaxed wild rabbit? they exist to be eaten! by everything!
A vegetarian diet is generally more healthy--if you don't cover everything in cheese, that is: lower fat, higher fiber, more complex carbohydrates.
Were you thinking about becoming a vegan, an ovo-lacto vegetarian, or something else?
I'm a flexitarian; I eat meat only about three times a week, if that. Cutting down (or eliminating) your consumption of meat is better for your heart and digestive system; there are benefits to the environment; and reducing the demand for meat will eventually eliminate the prevalence of factory farms.
you shouldn't. it's not necessary. animals were made for us to eat. plus nutritionally you need zinc, vit b12, iron ... and req. can only be covered by eating meat, red meat esp.
