Does meat make you manly?!
Answers: like you know how when your a vegetarian u have a smaller frame (usually) and when u eat a lot of meat ur more manly and musclular...??
As a flexitarian vegetarian I eat some fish and seafood ... I'm not manly . . . I'm considered "well defined" and toned and strong, and I'm certainly not a man. I think that "red meat" and "manly" mythh has gone by the wayside. But I do know many veggers who know little about their dietary needs and are weak, underdeveloped and lack mental and physical endurance and stamina. Constantly beating them in athletics makes me feel "manly" ....LOL.
no. to make a person "manly", it depends in what you do to get the muscles. The only way you're going to get muscles is by weight lifting. Eat lots of protien, i.e. tofu, and weight lift.
if you eat a healthy vegetarian diet there is no reason why you'd be any less muscular than a meat eater!
no but it sure makes doing pushups easier
No. Whatever you eat, it's just a combination of nutrients and "other".....if you eat things that give you the necessary nutrients, there's no need to even seperate meat or meatless diets. The grand point is to avoid the "other" as much as you can.
No
people who eat red meat are cancer- born more than others. It also makes you fat.
Vegeterians who eat right and work out have the best bodies
being healthy with a healthy heart is manly.
Eating meat doesn't make you more manly, but it *usually* makes you better nourished.
No, I think being a good father/husband and provider, taking care of my responsibilities, a good neighbor, a good boss/employer, being honest, being a semi-philantrophist and pretty much doing everything the best way I know and can makes me "manly"(if there is really such a thing). I am muscular because I work at being one not because of meat.
eating meat does not make you more muscular. it adds fat. working out is what makes you muscular. no real man would make fun of a guy who is vegetarian, only rednecks and hicks and jerks do that. (im not a vegetarian)
a reason you might be bigger from eating meat is because of the hormones that they inject into animals to make them grow faster for production, they also make humans grow faster.
I won't say no, but I've known some pretty manly vegetarians.
no, muscles make you manly not fat.
Vegans/vegatarians are usually 'lean' not small framed. It actually depends on your bone structure, and nothing you eat can change that.
Most of the time, vegatarians have more muscle than meat-eaters.
Meat-eaters have more fat.
Um.... not neccessarily........................... EXCERSISE gives you muscles. Meat is bad for you.
