Potatoes have complex carbs meaning they are digested really fast and keep you full longer because they slowly release glucose in your body. They contain important nutrients such as vitamin c, thiamin, fiber, etc. However, you should not be eating that much potatoes everyday. I'm curious though, why did you decide to become vegetarian?

You're going to blow up at this rate. Try a nice fruit salad or something, k?

no thats fine

No its good :D

as long as you are not
frying them
thats not good at all

no you can eat how ever much you want!

well I would eat more then just potatoes
eat some fruit or something with it

How long are you planning on doing this. You should eat other things.

no thats fine! I <3 potatoes

the things you are suposed to eat are called vegetables.

Lol.

No theres nothing better than a nice jacket potatoe.

my english teacher back in high school told me that she was a vegetarian in her 20s n all she ate was fried potatoes n she gained mad weight tooo

well... i don't think so. potatoes aren't really bad for your health. but if you can, try to widen the foods you take in, like green veggies and fruit.

Potatoes break down into glucose, so I'd say that's a bit much.

potatoes aren't that healthy
and yes u are

You need to get some green stuff and some form of protein as well. Potatoes are quite tasty to be sure, but they don't have all the nutrients you need.

Its probably not a good idea to eat so many potatoes. Instead, eat some vegies also and include some bread and other fruits also.

Starch and carbs will make you gain weight fast.

too much starch ->sugars->fats

not enough protein ,veggies or fruits

very unbalanced and unhealthy

Have people nicknamed you "Spud"?

At least it is a vegetable. Your fine as long as you don't eat meat.

no harm from eating to much potatoes, why not try other things ,like vege lasagne's and things like that

All in moderation. Enjoy

potatoes are so unhealthy!

all they are is empty carbs... if you want to be vegitarian and actually get nutriens, go for the lush green vegetables like kale and brocholie and cabbage...

potatoes will make you fat...

Potatoes are pimp! Keep eating potatoes, but do try to find something else to eat. Over excess is never good.

Well, I hope that you don't get constipated!! When you eat potatoes, it turns into sugar in your body... will make you fat.. and it will plug your asss up too!! Better get the spoon ready, to dig the **** out of your ***!! =)

nope i dont think thats to many at all but i dont think you should go over 10-12 a day u probably werent planning to but just saying...its really ur choice though

Healthwise, eating them raw would be better than deep frying them.

Add leaves in your diet Salad, spinach or Cabbage.

UM 4 POETATOES IF THAT FOR ALL DAY okay bu t if u ate other things wowza

By any chance are you Irish? lol. Too much of anything is bad but in the long run, They have long lasting carbs and evergy but try eating a variety of fruit, veg and breads. Frying them kills all the nutrients and adds oil. I left a link to good vegetarian recipes. Hope it helps;) This way, you can eat a variety of things instead of just potatoes.

If you're gonna go vegetarian you need to be smart about it. If you plan to live on potatoes then you're in trouble. You need essential amino acids and a million other things that you won't get from potatoes. You need to do some research on this before you decide to make a diet for yourself. But no one food has all the nutrients that you need, so you need to eat a sort of foods.

Potatoes are yummy veggies. I think a max of 2 per day is reasonable.
