Question: I need east vegetarian meals. I am 14 a vegetarian and need to cook my own meals. I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian so i eat dairy and cheese. It has to be something easy that I can cook after school I can make with in 20-30 minutes and put on a plate and be able to put in the fridge and heat up when it's dinner so I need to make it early cuz my mom needs to cook stuff for dinner for her dad and brother

Good for you!
I used to have the same kitchen arrangement when I was growing up. But my parents were so tired after work, that I often cooked veggie stuff for the whole family. Plus, they'd snack on my stuff!
There are a lot of flexible meals, like spaghetti, where the basics are vegetarian & meat eaters can add meat to their sauce if they want it.
Lacto-ovo is easy. You can make pasta salads, hot pasta dishes, tofu or egg scrambles, omlettes, quesadillas, bean burritos, grilled cheese, bean salad, green salad (with cottage cheese, boiled egg slices or cheese for protein), chilli or cheese fries, microwave a potato (top it with cheese, veggies, chilli, cottage cheese, thick Greek yogurt), veggie pizza, mac & cheese, French toast, pancakes, broccoli with cheese, brie with fruit & good bread ..
Soups & stews of whole grains, beans, lentils, & veggies can be made on the weekend, frozen in containers & micowaved during the week. You can also make stew in a crock pot, leaving the stove available to your family.
Have a rice cooker? Otherwise, there's instant brown rice.
Veg sandwiches include avocado, cheese, egg salad, tamari tofu, roasted pepper w/ portabello mushroom, veggie "turkey" slices, peanut butter (or cream cheese) with nuts & raisins, ...
You can micowave frozen vegetables, veggie burgers, veggie dogs, frozen veggie entrees. The instant foods are more expensive. If it's in your budget, try going to a natural food store & check out their deli & frozen sections.

My old boss used to live at work & was the master of quicky veg meals. He often bought his dinner ingredients down the street at Target, which included veggie burgers & other frozen entrees, whole grain pasta & canned sauce.

I do a lot w/ whole wheat cous cous (cheap at Trader Joes). Just add hot water & let it sit 5 minutes. Add veggies, spices, soy sauce, raisins or whatever.
Mushrooms & eggplant are wonderful texture foods -& dried mushrooms are not too expensive.

There are veggie groups & good recipes on Tribe. net .
Also, if your grocery store has a web site, email them asking for a list of their veg foods.

Enjoy your food & your independence.

stuffed bell p eppers, stuffed squash

A veggie wrap, there good.
Veggie tacos w/ fake meat you can get all this stuff at your local store.
Morning star products [I think that's what there called] They make veggie chicken patties and veggie burgers.
They're way good, but you can get sick of them fast.
A big salad.
Fish?
Pizza?

EDIT:
there are no recipes for these, you can eat the veggie taco just like how you'd make a regular one and same with the burger and patties, but for the wrap you just add like lettuce peppers, cheese, etc.
They sell little pizzas, you just put them in the oven, same with fish etc.

A very easy thing to make is vegetarian chili. A can of tomatoes, a can of mushrooms, a can of chick peas, a can of kidney beans. and a can of corn. Put the tomatoes in a pot. Drain the rest of the vegetables and add them. You can add chopped onion and chopped peppers if you want to. Throw in chili powder, garlic powder and pepper. It's quick and easy and you will have lots of leftovers.

I would suggest looking up indian recipes. Many of those are vegetarian. Matter Paneer is a pretty simple and fast to cook one or many of the dals or rajmah chawal you can make in a crock pot or slow cooker that's what I do.
