Vegetables containing minerals?!

Question: Yes sure. Greens vegetables have more minerals (like iron), but all contains minerals. Fresh fruits are the best source of vitamins for us, they contains also minerals. You can find a full list on internet. But be carefull, they never said if it is for raw or coocked food. Minerals wont be affected by temperature, but vitamins and enzyms are. Good luck.
