Answers: carrot, radish, celery, broccoli, potato, sweet potato, spring onion, brussel sprouts, asparagus, beets, leeks, ginger, lettuce, parsley

Nope in there pure raw form, none of the veggies you listed have fat in them. BUT often how we cook them and what we add on top to "make them taste good" is what adds all the fat, for ex, butter, margarine, oils, cheese, bacon bits, sourcream, etc. But on there own it would take a very long time to eat any significant amount of fat in these. (Yes, even the potatoes!
HTH

Everything contains a certain amount of fat, but you're safe eating the things you listed here since the fat content is so low that you'd have to eat about 10 tons to gain an ounce.

Hi , grisha g,I found interesting information about your answer here.http://food-drink-blog.blogspot.com/2008... .have a good day.

Not enough to matter unless you prepare them with added fat (salad dressing, butter, frying).
