What part of the egg is more nutritious?!

Question: the egg white or the yolk? Do they both have the same protein, and nutrients? If the white doesn't have much, what would be the point of just eating egg whites?

Depends on what your nutritional goals are. For someone who's trying to up their caloric content (yes, there are some crazy skinny people who are trying to fatten up, and yes we hate them;), the egg yolk is more important. The yolk has more vitamins and minerals and has about 60 calories (the white has about 15). The egg white is lower in saturated fat and is a good source of low fat protein for most people.

In moderation, eggs are a great economical source of protein.

egg whites is a bit more nutritious because the yolk has lots of cholesterol

its the white oart
because the yold has tooo much cholestrol
eggs are yummy

usually vegans and vegetarians do not eat eggs. they are baby chickens.

it depends what you are looking for;
fat? the yolk
protien? both
emulsifiers? yolk
delicious goodness? take down the whole package
for vegitarians? eat an animal already!

The yolk has a lot more cholesterol. The egg whites give you all the protein.

the white part
