Do you beat your meat?!

Question: do you use a tenderizer or use a mallet?

Answers: do you use a tenderizer or use a mallet?

No, I prefer to beat up the cows etc before I kill them. I find that the meat gets much more tender and I don't have the need for any added meat tenderizer.
I think it must have something to do with their adrenaline levels kicking in when they are trying to run away from me.
I find that a large shovel works the best.
:)

I use a truncheon or a household brick...

Go 80's....

Using a malet is the best way to tenderize the meat.... it of course consumes more time and energy!!!

what kind of question is that

No, but I do meet my beet.

mallet w/ a good grade plastic wrap between

I use a cake pan, and pound it.

Oh - I see what you mean ! I thought a mallet was a tenderiser, and yes I do beat it, often.

I use the flat of my cleaver.

Lack of "Modus Operandi".
