Is it true that vegans hate people who eat meat only a few times a week, the same as people who eat it every?!

Question: day?

Answers: day?

Vegans are individuals with different opinions on every issue under the sun; there isn't a book of rules or a contract that has to be signed and adhered to by all vegans. So it never makes sense to ask if all vegans think or feel a certain way.

However, I've never encountered a vegan - or a vegetarian - who hates meat-eaters, no matter how seldom or often they eat meat. I'd be a pretty lonely vegan if I hated meat-eaters - almost every body I love eats meat; I've never checked how often!

Many vegans and vegetarians live with omnivores, and it would be psychotic, not vegan, to exclude omnivores from your social circle.

Well yes. Because you can eat meat only on monday and eat a whole lot of it.

They have no reason to hate you. They just might think its wrong.

Most vegans don't hate meat-eaters at all, they just make different choices.

No, I don't hate people because of what they eat. I'm not a bigot.

In fact, in the course of my life, I have only really hated about 3 or 4 people, and they were downright despicable people that have done horrible things to me or my loved ones. My hatred had nothing to do with their diet, I assure you.

As far as I'm aware, vegans don't usually hate anyone for the pure and simple reason that they eat meat.

As a vegan, and a reasonable person, I love all my friends regardless as to whether they eat meat or not.

I don't generally hate anyone, but I do hate people who make wide ranging assumptions about vegans and their lifestyle. Vegans are, on the whole, in my experience, caring, loving and tolerant people who are just trying to live with as little impact on creation as possible. Vegans are not hateful, intolerant people who won't stop shoving their views down people's necks.

It's fairly simple really, as a pascifist I apply my pacifism to all creatures, meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans.

Vegans as a generalisation don't hate you, they wouldn't do it themselves and they'd disagree with it. But it is only the select few who are silly enough to start hating people for it

No, i don't think thats true i have one friend who doesnt know any vegans or vegetarians besides herself, all of her friends love meat.

no!we dnt hate any1!wel i dnt!!!!im goin out wiv a meat eater nd my dad is 1!gawd wat gave u tha idea???

Is it true that all carnivores "hate" vegans? Do they "hate" them for not wanting to kill, support torture and forced consumption of hormones, antibiotics and other unpleasant gruel? Probably not, right? Fortunately, we are all free to make our own educated (or not) choices.

Vegan-by philosophy... action speak louder than words…Intellectual honesty and wisdom is just as essential as compassion when ethical integrity is at stake. Most vegans would not condone the use of hateful, insulting others. They respect and tolerate those in a different dietary group.

Vegan philosophy never stop at eating habit alone. Your assumption is partially WRONG.

I don't care what anybody else eats. That is their choice.

I wish more people were vegetarian, but I have to live in the real world. It's more practical to accept people as they are.

No, I don't know any vegans, myself included, who hate people for eating meat, period. I'd love it people didn't but I don't dislike them for it. Why would I want to waste my time and energy hating the majority of the population?

You're an idiot.

Why would I hate someone for eating meat?

Think before you type.
