Those are vegetarian places in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. There are a number of vegetarian and vegan restaurants where I live, and if you ever go to New York, you will have a virtual cornucopia of fabulous vegan restaurants.

Yes.

Yes. You'll also find vegitarian options in many Indian restaurants.

Yep.

Veggie restaurants, veggie shops. There are veg restaurants in most mid to large size cities.

You can find listings and reviews at Happy Cow:

Hope I helped :)

Yes, of course. There are even vegan restaurants.

Yes, we've got a wonderful vegan Chinese restaurant nearby & there are natural food stores with cafes serving *mostly* vegetarian fare (the non-veg exception is tuna). Also, more mainstream places seem to be offering vegetarian options on their menus.

Yes. In St. Louis, we had only one real vegetarian restaurant for about 30 years. Now there at least three or four more.

Chicago has several vegetarian restaurants.

When I went to India, I didn't see a single restaurant that served meat. (I know they have them, but I didn't seen any in the areas we went to).

I don't know about vegetarian-only restaurants, but most restaurants can prepare some dishes vegetarian-style if you ask them, and some restaurants are predominantly vegetarian (Souplantation, some Indian places, etc.)
