I'm vegetarian and eat organically.

I just eat vegetarian foods, but the ingredients are organic. There are so many options around these days. I can make pasta dishes with tins of organic beans, organic pasta, and organic pasta sauce. Of course I can make a vegetarian stir-fry with organic vegetables, sauce and tofu (or nuts etc).

Organic hummus, salad, bread, fruit, juices, drinks etc. Eating out is still a problem, and usually I eat non organic on many occasions when eating out or with family (as it can be hard enough getting vegetarian food in North Queensland restaurants, so organic food could be pushing it).

I am very lucky to have access to companies such as the organic buyers, where I can order all my food over the internet and they deliver it once a week. Of course there are lots more organic options in the supermarket now as well.

Organic food is food grown without chemicals or hormones, and it is usually grown by a certified producer, sometimes pesticide free products suffice.

Organic grown vegetables and fruits of course.

The same things any vegetarians eat, only the foods are organic. I'm not vegetarian, but I do my best to keep it organic. It's not JUST produce. The foods aren't any different, just healthier. Dairy products are organic, as well as pastas and canned goods and frozen foods. I shop in a few organic markets, and now more and more of the big grocery stores carry organic produce and most other organic products. I wish more people would eat organic. That would bring the prices down.
