Dizzy veggie?!

Question: So about three weeks ago I wrote a paper and found out about all the cruel things they do to animals and I couldnt look at meat anymore. Since then Ive also limited my dairy. I am started to feel dizzy and run down, I sleep about 10 hours a night and then get a two hour nap. Could this be due to my diet change. Please note I have a hyper active immune system and juvenille arthritis and Im slightly anemic so Im on methotrexate and steroids and some anti inflamatories. I guess it could be due to one of those to.

You should really consult your doctor and a nutritionist due to your conditions and medications. A sudden and drastic change in diet for a person in your situation could be detrimental.

It sounds like this is something you should talk to a doctor about. I don't think it would be safe to take dietary advice from individuals online considering that you have some medical issues that require a controlled diet, and on top of it all you take a lot of medication. I would suggest asking your doctor about what vegetarian and vegan foods you should eat to make sure you are not going to become sick. You should put your own health first.

You have medical problems that are not conducive to diet changes. You are causing yourself physical harm.
