*eats fried chicken wings*

what ?

oh, you want some?

its delicious =]

lol most veg tends to feel weak cuz they dont have the fats needed, like protein
that explains..

you need to start eating meat...................again....

Dont try to be vegetarian.

Maybe that will endanger your health!

eating meat is what distinguished homo sapien from other species.... dont deny yourself meat damn it.

your not getting enough. nutrients. you get used to how to eat corrrectly and the right thigns to eat after awhile. i was vegetarian for 5 years. it takes some practice to learn how to do it and to get your body used to it.

there is a great suppliment by a company called quorn they make vegetarian sausages and such all non meat and you still get the proteins you need hope this helps

I thought about being a vegetarian, because I don't like the idea that what I'm eating has once been alived
But I discussed it with my mum and it's not healthy being a vegetatian as most veggies don't get their diet right and lack in protein.
So maybe that is what you are doing wrong, you have to eat foods that contain a lot more protein.
Hope it helped, if not go back to your old ways.

By vegetarian, do you mean starving yourself? That's what it sounds like to me. You have to make substitutions for meat with a vegetarian diet. Nuts, nut butters, beans, tofu and other soy products, mushrooms and supplements are all good ways to make sure you have enough protein which is your muscle support. It's sounds to me as if you are starving yourself and calling it vegetarianism.

take a multiple vitamin and mineral, but do whatever you want to do...you are going to anyway...

maybe you lack protein which in the old days was a typical problem with strict vegans. without adequate sources of protein, the muscles begin to break down or "Athropy" to maintain everyday body function. but if this continues, the muscles will break down up to the point that it will be too weak to handle things that they can handle before. if your a strict vegan, you should eat more legumes and take protein-rich plant sources. if you don't have the time eating all of these, taking in protein powder might be a good option. you might also need multivitamins and minerals to replenish nutrients that are usually founds in meat sources.

Sorry, but it looks like the health problems you are suffering from might be from poor nutrition in general, not necessarily because you are a vegetarian. If you can't walk and your muscles are tensing up, that is a sign of a more serious health problem. I'm a little unclear about what you said about being on pills to "stop it." What exactly are you trying to stop?

Just so you know, a person can live a healthy vegetarian lifestyle. Replacing protein and iron from meat isn't really that difficult if you eat enough legumes and whole grains. Some athletes are vegetarian or even vegan- they have learned how to healthfully eliminate meat from their diets and still have strong bodies.

Just giving up meat wouldn't be enough to cause the health problems you seem to be having. See another doctor and find out what is really causing your muscle problems. In the future, if you decide to go vegetarian again, talk to a nutritionist and discuss the best way to go about it.

you're not giving your body the right amount of vitamins it needs....it's kind of hard to do something then all of a sudden stop....??

why are you suddenly trying to be vegetarian? Obviously not for your health. It would be healthier for you to eat meat. I think your body is telling you it needs the protein you were getting from meat.
