You could always drink V8 juice, which is one serving of vegetables per mini can. It has tomatoes, celery and carrots, and 120% of your daily intake of vitamin C and is also rich in a whole bunch of other nutrients and vitamins like iron.

And yes, making sure that you get enough fruits and vegetables in your diet will speed up your metabolism because you are ultimately and ideally replacing fattier foods with healther foods.

Bannanas, Lettuce, Apples and Whey Protein. Very healthy and tastes good.

Yes, just throw it all in there. (: You could make a banana smoothie I suppsose. Throw in some ice and a bananna and blend.

You could also make a vegetable juice. throw the lettuce carrots, and other vegetables you ahve in there.

They will not taste really bad. If you mix fruit and veges together, it will be sweeter and you will be more likely to enjoy them. I would invest in a juicer. You can only really blend in a blender. The juicer will make a more liquid mixture that hasn't been pasteurized and therefore has more vitamins. But, for the time being using your blender you can combine a banana, some strawberries, some vanilla yogurt, and ice. If you want some more protein, just add some tofu.

if you are using a blender you will get better results if you use softer foods like bannas, lettuce, grapes, berries, oranges, sliced apple, because hard things like carrots won't blend completely, they will just chop (witch is fine if you arent looking for a really liquid-y drink). for carrots (or other hard veggies&fruit) it is best to use a juicer..they will make anything liquid in seconds! :). yea..just throw in a bunch of healthy stuff(fruits, vegetables, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, ice, peanut butter, soy yogurt, silken tofu, ect..) in the blender..and add some liquid like water, o.j., applesauce, soymilk, and blend..! don't stick to the same old banna&soymilk shakes foreveerr..that is way too boring.. : / no matter what fruit&veggies you blend it will usually taste good..and its fun to expiriment..try new smoothie eeveryyday! bon'appetite! xoxoxox
