Easy! Fry the onion and green pepper in a pan on a medium to low heat with your choice of olive or begtable oil (about 1tbsp) when they are almost done add teh mushroom they will take about 2 mins or less to cook. When you add teh mushroom also add a little bit of garlic salt and a dash or 2 of teh soy sauce. Then you can serve it over rice...it can be as easy as 5 min rice, flavored rice, or long grain(cook rice according to pack) just add the amount of soy sauce you'd liek to the rice.

For other veggie options you can have carrots, red peppers, celery, califlour snow peas, bean sprouts and broccoli...all but the broccoli, bean sprouts and snow peas would be put in when you would teh onions, the broccoli like mushrooms doesn't take very long to cook. Another way to add extra flavor is after teh veggies are cooked add 2-3 tbsps of peanut butter. It tastes great! I would suggest serving this one over normal rice that has just a little soy sauce.

Add to that carrots, bean sprouts and baby corn, also, water chestnuts if they float your boat. I would also use sesame oil and rice vinegar if I were you.

Put the onions in olive oil first. Then do the peppers. Mushrooms last. Add a lot of soya sauce and a bit of white wine if you want. (I personally would put more veggies though..mmmm broccoli)

I like it with noodles.

You should just add all of that together with sauteed garlic and onions, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, and water chestnuts and then just mix all of them together and serve it on top of rice you can get the ingrediants from a stir fry bag as well. And then you can drizzle soy sauce on top when it is still hot.

What's your question?

WATCH THE MUSHROOMS!!!

THEY MAY BE POISONOUS!!!
