To have a healthy diet - eat more fresh over processed foods.

Stay away as much as possibly from fired foods - even if it is with the 'good oil'. Too much fat is just not good for anyone.

Make sure that you get a good balance of fruits and vegetables - meaning while one can eat the same ones day in and day out - variety is not only more interesting to the palate - it also gives a variety to the vitamins that you intake.

Know what you are eating. It is amazing the things people will eat and have no concept of what is within the stuff that they are putting within their mouth. My rule of thumb - if I can't say the word that is on the package or don't know what it is, I more than likely don't need to eat it.

I would also suggest not to worry about the title. More important to focus upon a well balanced diet that meets your needs. Others may or may not agree - but then they are not the one that lives within or uses the body that you are within. People that get hung up on titles - they have issues that they are dealing with - - or they very well may not even be what they claim. Just be who you are - it will all fall into place.

You eat to live - not live to eat a particular way. If what your eating is keeping you from being able to live the life that you need to so that you can do what you need to do - time to make some changes.

Well, you don't have to eat potato chips, because some are fried in animal fat. Also, cut down on a lot of candy. Soy milk is also very good. I'm a vegetarian and I'm 10 years old. Hope I Helped!! =)
