How many plant sources of complete protein can you name, besides spirulina...and is there...?!

Question: ...anything among them even close to aproaching spirulina's 60+% protein content?

Answers: ...anything among them even close to aproaching spirulina's 60+% protein content?

A complete protein (or whole protein) is a protein that contains all of the essential amino acids for the dietary needs of humans or other animals

Others are quinoa (~50% by dry weight), soy, buckwheat, hempseed, and amaranth.

None have as high a protein content as spirulina

I think that beans and brown rice are complete proteins.

Spinach?

....anything dark green and leafy.

spinach
sunflower seeds
savoy cabbages
soya
spring greens
sprouts
saffron

soybean

I think hemp comes pretty close to complete... Correct me if I'm wrong though.
