What healthy drinks can you drink, that are alkaline enough to soothe/reduce acid reflux or heartburn?!

Its been widely stated that consuming a few tablespoons of aloe vera gel daily can help ease stomach issues including excess stomach acid.

Frankly I've never been able to bring myself to try it; I'm part of the "better living through chemistry" school and so tend to stick to modern means of control, but you could certainly give the aloe a try.

Very few, Vast majority of drinks are acidic. Milk possibly. Or drink water, and Gaviscon or similar for reflux.

A tablespoon of sodium bicarb in water, tastes fecking awful but does the trick.

Peppermint Cordial. Get a good one from your local health store. My husband swears by it.
