Can you use soy milk to make instant pudding?!

Yes! Soy milk can be a subsitute for milk no matter what the case.

yes, I only use soy milk it taste Delicious...

I used Plain Silk Light in instant pudding, and it never set.

I use WestSoy or EdenSoy and have never had a problem with puddings, gravies, or any other recipe where the milk is supposed to thicken.

I used soy milk for pudding and it did not set properly, it remained very thin. I heard(but have not had the chance to try), soy creamer gives pudding a thicker consistency. I would say, try both and see which you like better.
